The Principles Behind PMC
Project Management Consultant (PMC) was founded by Shyam Visavadia MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM to provide independent advice, guidance and oversight that helps clients successfully deliver complex construction and development projects.
Shyam has held senior roles at leading organisations including Red Sea Global (The Public Investment Fund), Arcadis and AtkinsRealis, delivering some of the world's most ambitious developments. We support clients from concept through to completion, managing programme, cost, quality and risk at every stage.
Our experience spans luxury hotels, branded residences, healthcare developments and large-scale masterplans across the UK, UAE and KSA — including landmark projects such as King's College Hospital London, Nujuma (a Ritz-Carlton Reserve), The St. Regis Red Sea Resort, Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea, and Red Sea International Airport.
