Shyam was appointed to be the project manager for the hospital and appointed to procure three polyclinics for the client (Abu Dhabi & Dubai). He was the point of contact for the client and delivered several projects simultaneously.

The polyclinics offer primary care and a full range of secondary outpatient care across all therapeutic areas. King’s College Healthcare Clinic 1 was successfully completed and handed over at the beginning of April 2017, delivered 30% below the client’s original budget. Our adoption of value engineering, collaboration with the design team and efficient execution of our post contract services brought initial costs down by circa AED 4million on the first clinic.
