State Street Corporation is an American financial services and bank holding company headquartered in USA. They also have headquarters in UAE and Saudi Arabia.

State Street signed a lease with Central Park Towers at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Central Park Towers is the largest single-owned office tower in DIFC, with the client taking circa 1,500 sqft. The space featured full floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views of the Dubai skyline.

Shyam was appointed to manage the end-end project. He was responsible for awarding the design and MEP consultant, design and delivery of the project. Based on stringent protocols from the bank - the team had to accomodate additional landlord power, DX unit (cooling system) and independent FLS requirements.

Shyam was able to meet the practical completion deadline and receive authority approval before the contract longstop date.
